赵冠华,硕士生导师,博士毕业于大连工业大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。主要从事海洋食品脂质氧化机理、食品成分检测质谱方法、海洋食品精深加工、食品科学生物化学等方面的科研与教学工作。近年来从事食品营养与水产品精深加工方面的研究,主要研究海参、贝类脂质营养成分,开发高附加值海洋功能食品;建立食品加工过程中各种成分检测新方法,提高食品检验检测的准确性,同时,研究加工副产物的高效利用。主持辽宁省科技厅自然基金1项、辽宁省教育厅自主选题项目1项,参加国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”专项、国家自然科学重点基金、大连市科技创新基金项目重点学科重大课题等项目3项。发表研究论文40余篇,SCI收录28篇。获得大连市高层次“青年才俊”人才称号。担任《Food Research International》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Journal of Food Composition and Analysis》等国外期刊审稿人。目前为美国化学会(ACS)会员、中国食品科学技术学会会员、辽宁省营养学会预制菜与营养专业委员会会员。
