蒋丹,女,汉族,1977年11月出生,2000年毕业于辽宁师范大学生物技术专业;2000年至2003年,辽宁师范大学获得细胞生物学硕士学位;同年进入东北师范大学细胞生物学专业攻读博士,于2006年获得博士学位。2017年到大连海洋大学食品学院任教。主要从事食品质量检测技术的研究。

Research Experience
With extensive experience in food safety inspection and quality control technology research, as well as long-term engagement in food safety standardization, I have a thorough understanding of Chinas food safety regulatory system and policies. I have led and participated in over 10 national and provincial-level scientific research projects. In 2017, I completed the sub-project Research on Molecular Traceability Identification Technology for Major Imported and Exported Fish and Products under the National Quality Inspection Public Welfare Project. I have received 7 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards, including: the Second Prize of Dalian Science and Technology Award in 2021 for Key Technological Innovation and Standardization Application in Cross-border Aquatic Product Quality Safety; the Third Prize of Liaoning Science and Technology Award in 2021 for Identification and Early Warning Technology for Mycotoxin Hazards in Food and Its Standardization Application; the Second Prize of Liaoning Science and Technology Award in 2014 for Research and Application of Key Quarantine Technologies and Standardization Series for Major Animal Diseases; and the Third Prize of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantines Science and Technology Promotion Award in 2015 for Research and Application of Key Technologies to Enhance Food Testing Quality through Capability Validation. I have formulated 7 national and industry standards for food safety, developed 31 standard samples in the food field (18 of which obtained GSB National Standard Sample Certificates), and obtained 11 invention patents and 1 utility model patent. I have published over 30 papers, including 10 SCI-indexed articles, and contributed to the compilation of 1 monograph. Currently, I serve as a member of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.Certified laboratory accreditation review expert, National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) laboratory review expert, and National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) proficiency testing and reference material review expert. In 2023, awarded the title of Xingliao Talent Program Agricultural Expert by Liaoning Province.
