何云海,男,汉族,1980年6月出生,2006年获大连海洋大学水产品加工及贮藏工程专业硕士学位,2006年6月于大连海洋大学食品科学与工程学院任教。
主要从事水产品加工和水生生物活性物质等方面的研究。

He Yunhai is a Senior Experimentalist (Professor rank) at the School of Food Science and Engineering, Dalian Ocean University. He is a core member of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Algae Industry Technology System, serving on the “Brown Algae Processing” post team, and a key member of the Liaoning Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Team for the Sustainable Development of High-Efficiency Seaweed Utilization. He has been selected for a number of talent programs, including the Xingliao Talent Program (Agricultural Expert), Liaoning Province’s “Hundreds, Thousands and Ten-Thousands Talents Project” (Ten-Thousands level), Liaoning Young Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent in Agriculture, and Dalian High-Level Talent Program. He has been appointed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as a member of the Expert Committee of the National R&D System for Aquatic Products Processing Technologies, and serves as an expert reviewer for China Green Food, a member of the Expert Committee of the China Algae Industry Association, and a director of the Liaoning Society for Food Science and Technology. In 2011, he received training in international food safety systems and teaching and learning at the Tasmanian maritime institute in Australia; from 2016 to 2017, he participated in a fishery processing program in Iceland at the United Nations University.
Professor He has long been engaged in research on aquatic products processing, high-value utilization of seaweeds, and standardization. Leveraging the National R&D Sub-Center for Seaweed Processing Technology and the Liaoning Key Laboratory of Aquatic Products Processing and Comprehensive Utilization, he focuses on the development and integrated utilization of high-quality seaweed products, as well as seaweed standardization. He has led or participated in more than 30 national and provincial research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the “948” Program (Introduction of International Advanced Agricultural Science and Technology), the National Science and Technology Support Program, the National S&T Achievements Transformation Program, national agricultural and marine public-welfare programs, and sub-projects under the National Key R&D Program, among others. The achievements he contributed to—“Key Technologies for Processing a Series of Kelp Products through Comprehensive Utilization” and “Key Technologies for the Cultivation of Dominant Cold-Water Brown Algae and the Efficient Processing and Utilization of a Series of Products”—won the First Prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2008 and 2020, respectively (4th contributor). In 2019, he received the First Prize of the Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award (4th contributor). These research outcomes have been successfully industrialized, generating nearly RMB 100 million in economic benefits and promoting the development of integrated cultivation and processing value chains for thick-leaf kelp, kelp, and wakame.
He has led the development of 8 aquatic industry standards and provincial local standards, and more than 10 group and enterprise standards. He holds 5 national software copyrights, has been granted 20+ national invention patents and 2 utility model patents, and has published 100+ papers. He has also authored or co-authored 6 books and textbooks.
