个人简介:
李莹,女,汉族,1986年3月出生,讲师,硕士生导师,2009年7月毕业于东北农业大学生物技术(微生物)专业,2009年9月至2016年10月就读于哈尔滨工业大学生命科学与技术学院生物医学工程专业,获得工学博士学位,2016年11月到大连海洋大学食品科学与工程学院工作至今。曾获大连市科技之星称号,辽宁省“百千万”人才万人层次,2019-2020学年本科优秀教学奖。主要从事益生菌发酵海参产品研发,海参多糖成分构效研究及与肠道健康关系,发表SCI文章16篇,其中第一或通讯作者SCI文章8篇。

(1)国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,代谢工程改造谷氨酸棒杆菌高产L-蛋氨酸的调控机制研究,25万元,已结题。
(2)辽宁省教育厅青年科技人才“育苗”项目,纳豆芽孢杆菌发酵转化海参多糖的结构表征及其与肠道菌群的互作机制, 3万元,在研。
(3)大连市高层次人才创新技术项目,特定益生菌种的高通量筛选及其在海参发酵产品中的应用, 10万元,在研。
(4)大连海洋大学博士启动项目,利用水产品加工副产物发酵生产L-蛋氨酸的应用研究,3万元,已结题。
(5)2020年省级大创项目:益生菌复配发酵海参产品研发及保健功能评价,1万元,已结题。
